![]() I have done this and seems to work for a few minutes and then it stops. I did a search on this issue and it said i needed to rebuilding indexing via Spotlight. User comes to me few hours later and says the search on Outlook is not responding. I left everything as is knowing that apps are working. When starting Outlook everything works connecting to exchange via Office 365. Once complete, i started the office suite to make sure license have activated since it’s a new computer. I used Apples migration tool to move apps and data from old MacBook to the new MacBook. ![]() Company purchased a new MacBook to migrate the user from their old MacBook that is no longer working properly (hardware). I am looking for solutions to a problem that I am facing with a Mac user.
